K-Slump Tester is used to quickly determine the approximate concrete slump and workability. The tester is inserted into the concrete up to the level of the disc. After 40 seconds, the measuring rod is lowered until it rests on the surface of the concrete that entered the tester. The K-Slump value is then read on the graduated scale. The tester is removed, and the workability value is read on the scale at the height of concrete retained in the tester. Readings are reliable when 6in (152mm) or more concrete surrounds the tester. Instructions and correlation charts included.
Features:
- Fast approximate determination of slump and workability of wet concrete
- Precision laser-cut holes and slots allow the flow of wet concrete into the tester
